1. In short

The Service is digital content delivered immediately on purchase. At
checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate access and to confirm that, by doing
so, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal. Once access is granted there is
therefore no automatic right to a refund.

This does not affect your rights if the Service is
faulty, incomplete, or not as described. Those rights cannot be waived and are set out in
Section 4.

2. What you are buying, and when it is delivered

The Service consists of digital content supplied without a tangible medium: access to an
online video course hosted on this website, and a licensed copy of the accompanying software
skill. Access is granted automatically within minutes of a successful payment, by way of an
account created for the email address used at checkout.

There is no physical shipment and nothing to return.

3. The withdrawal right and why it does not apply

Under art. 27 of the Polish Act on Consumer Rights (implementing Directive 2011/83/EU), a
consumer buying at a distance normally has 14 days to withdraw without giving a reason.

That right does not survive here, because of how the Service is delivered. Before payment is
taken, you are asked to tick two boxes confirming that you:

  • give your prior express consent to performance beginning
immediately, before the 14-day withdrawal period expires; and
  • acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance
with art. 38(1)(13) of that Act.

The checkout will not proceed until both are ticked. Your confirmation is recorded with a
timestamp against your order, and a copy is also held by our seller of record.

If you do not want to waive this right, do not complete the purchase.
Email us at greg@constructivegreg.com instead and we will discuss alternatives.

4. Rights this policy does not affect

Nothing above limits your statutory rights where the Service is defective or does not conform
to what was described. Under Directive (EU) 2019/770, the Polish Act on Consumer Rights, and the
Polish Civil Code you remain entitled to a remedy if, for example:

  • the course content is materially different from its description;
  • lessons or downloads are missing, corrupted, or persistently inaccessible; or
  • the Service does not work as described and we cannot put it right.

In those cases, contact us first at greg@constructivegreg.com with your
order reference and a description of the problem. We will try to fix it — restoring access,
replacing a file, or correcting the content. Where we cannot bring the Service into conformity
within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or to terminate and receive a
refund, as provided by law.

5. Discretionary refunds

Beyond Section 4, refunds are not an entitlement, but they are not impossible. We and our
seller of record may each grant a refund at our discretion — for instance where a purchase was
plainly accidental, duplicated, or made moments before contact with us.

Requests are considered more favourably when made promptly and before the course has been
consumed. A discretionary refund in one case does not create a right to one in another.

6. What happens when a refund is granted

A refund ends your licence. Specifically:

  • your licence terminates automatically on refund, reversal, or chargeback,
    under Section 7.3 of the End User License Agreement;
  • your access to the course is withdrawn the same day, and your account is
    unenrolled;
  • you must stop using and delete all copies of the skill in your
possession. Continued use after termination is copyright infringement.

The money is returned by our seller of record to the payment method used at checkout. How
soon it appears is decided by your bank or card issuer, not by us — usually a few business
days, occasionally longer. Loss of course access, by contrast, takes effect the same day.

Copies of the skill carry a per-buyer identifier, so a refunded copy that later appears in an
unauthorised location remains traceable. See Section 5 of the EULA.

7. How to request a refund

  • Billing, invoices, VAT, and payment method questions — contact our seller
of record, Lemon Squeezy, LLC, who took the payment and
issued your invoice. Their details are on the receipt emailed to you at purchase.
  • Anything about the course or the skill itself, including a problem under
Section 4 — email greg@constructivegreg.com. Include the email address used
at checkout and your order reference.

We aim to respond within 5 business days.

8. Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — it is
almost always faster to resolve directly. A chargeback terminates your licence on the same terms
as a refund, and access is withdrawn.

9. Business purchases

The withdrawal right described in Section 3 applies to consumers only. Where you buy in the
course of a business or profession, no statutory withdrawal right arises, and Sections 4 to 8
apply as written.
